St Oscar Romero Pastoral Outreach is a parish of the American Catholic Church in the United States right here in El Paso, TX. Since our parish opened its doors in 2011, we’ve treated every parishioner like they were a part of our family. Other parishes may offer similar services, but our parish services are inclusive and no charge for sacraments.
